For the corner triangles, take a square (same size that you're using in your quilt - cut it in half and that's your corner). The Flip Flop ruler is sold at JoAnns Fabric, and if you use your 40% or 50% coupons, it'll be much less expensive. I'm sure that other stores also carry it, and certainly it's online as well! the Flip Flop ruler is also extremely useful for squaring up your square of retangular shaped finished quilts (pre binding stage). It makes the job 1-2-3 -easy, peasy and perfect!rhohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16325336840148870756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-700855420663637759.post-81282731953645266392010-01-25T11:18:33.234-06:002010-01-25T11:18:33.234-06:00Oh that is a wonderful quilt! That is to say - - her "best" ................ and she always does. This time..... I'll ask her to use one of her "circley" designs and will request a multicolor thread. The backing is a bold, loose, stripe, of a orangey,bluey,teal,red-pinkish - batik, that'll be just PERFECT - I think for the scrapiness of this project!rhohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16325336840148870756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-700855420663637759.post-9375886208565690652010-01-24T20:35:23.685-06:002010-01-24T20:35:23.685-06:00It looks terrific!
