Here's four stars to add to the list. Fun and easy to make. I may make more if time permits.

2 more stars
I made 2 more stars as leaders/enders while I've been playing with my fabric... Haven't been motivated on any one project, so these stars have been pieced in between several other things.
Stars are so fun, though!!!

I Did One!
I felt pretty good today and managed to make a block. Other than the 2 wonky houses for September I haven't sewn any quilt blocks since July! And it showed in my work...I had to rip and re-sew a few seams, but finally ended up with a properly sized block. Maybe I'll do another tomorrow....
I had so much fun in my little basket of scraps!
I have really been stepping outside my usual star shaped box on these and just playing with angles. I love them! Here are my first four. I have enjoyed making them, I am sure there will be more to come.

blocks mailed
I mailed my blocks on Tuesday when we were out to take 7 year old Ginger to the Orthopedic Doc . She now has her arm and hand splinted for a broken index finger. Katy cleaned off my sewing table and tomorrow I may attempt some time at the sewing machine and a few blocks for October!
