okay, Kristin -- how did you do that? When I tried to copy and past the pdf, it removed all the pictures and the formatting!Thanks for doing it right...
I have Adobe Photoshop, which can open pdfs. I opened each page and then changed the file type by doing a "save as" and saved each page as a jpg.:)
