My December blocks...

My December Blocks Nine + One

Here are my December blocks. These were my first attempt at applique, so I hope I did them correctly.
After I finished I realized I had done 10, so there's a bonus one.

Sophie's Polka Dot Blocks

Here are my 8 blocks

(I am sorry for the bad lighting and lousy photographs, but as they say, finished is better than perfect, right?)

9 Finished Dots

I whipped up one last Polka Dot last night, bringing my total for Dec. to nine.

9 More Dots

I got my 9 dots done today. At the top and bottom of the picture are Nov Milky Way blocks, I just need to set 2 more rows and add the border. Looking forward to next year's liberated blocks.

FOUR MORE DOTS

I finished 4 more dots today, so that brings my total for the month to 8.

Finally back

Dear Lotto friends,

I'm finally back from our stay in the Netherlands and am glad to be able to participate in the Block Lotto again. Here are my three Polka Dots for this month's entry. Since I was already a winner this year, I'll donate my chances. Sophie, I can't wait to see what next year brings. You have done a great job, and I appreciate the effort you put into making this such a fun exercise each month.

I liked this block. It was challenging for one who does not like applique, but enjoyable to use some of my stash.

Well, I'm done. I could hardly believe that I completed these in one sitting. When I got down to it, however, they were pretty easy to do. Merry Christmas to all and happy circle making!
