Tote bag from lotto winnings...

Sophie's tote bag inspired me to follow suit. I won 16-patch blocks last year (or was it the year before?). I made the heart in a snowball blocks patterned after the ones I won last year but needed to make them so that when they were on point they were straight up and down. I'm going to make another bag with all 16-patch blocks. I love this pattern, very easy.

Sophie, the instructions/photos for this tote are great!!

  1. Wow! That's adorable! A few people form the Lib-quilters group on Yahoo have made the tote and, so far, I think they've all come out even better than mine (which I will say, without modesty, that I like alot!)

  3. FYI, I've created a Gallery Page on my patterns and tuts blog and added photos of three of the bags I've seen so far.
