. . . Just One More Inspiring Quilt

I wanted to post this photo of Kathleen's SPARKLERS quilt earlier, but was waiting for permission to share it.  She was part of Karen's quilt-along, but made liberated blocks instead. When she posted a photo of her quilt with the Liberated Quilters Yahoo group, I immediately asked if I could share it with you. Her Piano Key border is liberated, too.  Maybe this really isn't one more setting idea–after I said I was going to stop–but a new BORDER idea ;-)

So . . . if you were wondering how the wonky asterisks (AKA Fireworks) blocks look in a straight set with no sashing, here's a beautiful example.

  1. Love it! I have my first 4 blocks done, but I need to be added as an author in order to post here, or let me know where to e-mail the photo too. Thanks

  2. Janet, your blogger account is set for NO email, so I can't reply to that way. Go to the Contact Me tab at the top of the page for my email address and send me your name and (postal) mailing address and the URL of your blog, if you have one and want to share. Then, I'll ask blogger to invite you to become an author here and you can post your blocks.

There are also directions on the Contact Me page for changing the settings on your account so that when you post a comment, the owner of the blog will be able to send email to you.
