I just got back from the post office. I was told that I would be charged an extra .20 cents because my envelopes have metal clasps on the back.
"people have been cut by them"
I gained no brownie points for laughing out loud at this.
I said to put tape over them. "that isn't good enough, you will still be charged"
Okay.
My packages are on their way to: Gail NV, Pat UK, and Shelley ME
Be careful with the package...I don't want anyone cut.

I always thought that if you put tape on them they wouldn't charge the extra amount... another instance where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!
