Like a few other people, I needed to go buy some white fabric before I could finish my stacks. These four more make a total of 9 for me.As I was sewing these up and looking for the right side of the white-on-white print I purchased, I realized that I must have PAISLEYS on the brain. I have been bidding on some feedsacks on eBay and most of the ones I like have paisleys as part of the design ... and so does the white-on-white fabric I just picked up. It made me start wondering if I should go a non-traditional route and use the paisley WOW as a background for my 1930's vintage feedsacks, instead of a 30's repro solid?
I really like your blocks. They are so cheerful! I too can really envision a child's quilt with this block. I especially like it when they are combined and stacked!
