I also made a Stacks top for a quilt for a preemy baby at the hospital. It is a great way to use 2 1/2" binding strips left from quilts made in the past. I used some pieces left from the lotto blocks and added a few fun pieces from my stash. I showed the lotto blocks to a friend and she too is making a top for a quilt to go to the hospital. Its a great easy block to use up bits of your stash. Thanks Sophie.
That came out great! I have plans for a charity kids quilt, too. Yours really is wonderful. I can imagine the happy baby that will be wrapped in it, play on it, drag it around, etc.
